Returns & Exchanges
At Island Child Creations, every piece is handcrafted with care and intention — made one at a time, just for you. Because of the handmade and one-of-a-kind nature of our resin jewelry, we do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Exchanges
We want you to love what you receive. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@islanchchildcollective.com with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll work with you to make it right — whether that's an exchange or store credit.
We are unable to offer exchanges for:
- Change of mind or buyer's remorse
- Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after delivery
- Custom or personalized orders
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once your order is marked delivered by the carrier, Island Child Creations is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you believe your package is lost in transit (not yet delivered), reach out and we'll do our best to help.
